Good value, well serviced hotel. Enviable location, exceptionally attentive staff, smooth check in. Freshly renovated and rather spacious rooms with a beautiful view, excellent facilities, bathroom. Very easy to get from Bateen airport, just 20 km.

The venue overall was overcrowded, yet it had great rooms and food. I liked that the room was non-smoking with a beautiful view. Efficient staff members were at the reception desk and lobby area. They had an early check-in.

Good value for this area. Splendid view, welcoming staff, brilliant food. We liked the executive king room with modern furniture. The luxury bathroom and the rest was spotless. Very convenience location to winter wonderland.

We had a relaxing experience here. The breakfast was perfect, the staff was AMAZINGLY ATTENTIVE, the grounds were spotless. Great views from the window. Having different fine drinks in the coffee bar was a very nice touch.

Impressive views and tranquil facility. Do n't forget to dine at emporio armani caffe, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we appreciated it. We spent 2 nights in classic king suite. The hotel created a special environment.
